If you have a love for beaches and are passionate about cycling adventures, then Mumbai to Goa bicycle expedition is one of the must-have experiences listed in adventure diaries. MUMBAI to GOA Konkan road cycling is the destination for all rides in India and a veritable bucket list item for all cycling buffs.
The journey begins upon the Rider’s arrival at the beautiful city of MUMBAI from their hometowns, all riders across the country will assemble at the MUMBAI hotel near Gate Way of India for the expedition to GOA.
Once checked in at the hotel we shall have a briefing & discussion about the tour in the evening. The riders must bring their own riding machines (MTB, Road Bike and HYBRID bicycles are acceptable).
A mechanic will be at the hotel for bicycle assembling.
In the evening post-dinner, we retire early to give our bodies a complete rest before the start of our expedition the next day.

Ferry Transfer: Scenic Voyage from Gateway of India to Mandwa Jetty
Cycling Time: 5 – 6 hrs
Location: Murud Beach
The beginning of once in a lifetime journey begins. Early morning, we all assemble at Gate Way of India, Mumbai to board the ferry. Today's Journey Leads to the Murud.
The entire ride is along the coastal route from Alibag with breakfast en route. On way, we shall also cross the Revdanda fort followed by the Korlai fort. Next, we ascend a short ghat section before arriving at the serene village of Kashid.
A rider experiences the adventurous road along the sea line crossing the ghats. Once at Murud you can explore the beach in the evening and then enjoy dinner with local delicacies.

Jetty Ride: Agardanda to Dighi
Cycling Time: 5 – 6 hrs
Location: Harihareshwar
We begin our day early to board the first jetty from Agartala, covering a scenic 10 km stretch through dense jungle en route to Dighi. Our next destination is Diveagar beach. Here the roads are with steep elevations. After reaching Diveagar, we have our breakfast and spend some time on the beach. We continue cycling toward the coastal town of Shrivardhan, with Harihareshwar marking the final stop of our day’s journey. Once Check-in then you can visit the temple in the evening & join us for the dinner

Ferry Ride: Yes – Bagmandle to Veshvi
Cycling Time: 5 – 6 hrs
Location: Karde Beach
Our ride begins as we head toward Bagmandle, the designated jetty point for today’s adventure. Post breakfast, we will proceed toward the famous fishing town of Harnai. Renowned as one of Maharashtra’s largest fishing harbors, this bustling port is lined with hundreds of fishing boats. Visitors can even purchase the day’s fresh catch straight from the shoreline. From here, we continue our journey to our final stop for the day — the tranquil Karde Beach.

Jetty Ride: Dhabhol to Veldur
Cycling Time: 6 – 8 hrs
Location: Velneshwar
We start from Karde to Ladghar. Further our journey from Ladghar towards Dhabhol jetty point which is approximately 27 km away. This part of the route is marked by challenging ascents and sharp hairpin bends, leading up to the serene hilltop meditation retreat — Parshuram Bhoomi in Burundi.
Ahead of Burondi, our next destination is Panchnadi, Sangam of five rivers along a very scenic hamlet nestled within dense tree cover of Mango, coconut, and betelnuts. The jetty from Dhabhol to Veldur waits for another journey. From Veldur, the ride continues through the Enron power project (Now Ratnagiri Gas and Power project). We conclude today’s journey at the peaceful coastal village of Velneshwar.

Jetty Ride: Tavsal to Jaighad
Cycling Time: 5 – 6 hrs
Location: Ratnagiri Outskirts
Today’s first destination is Tavsal. To board the jetty for Jaighad, riders must first tackle a short uphill ride. From there, the journey continues toward the sacred temple town of Ganpatipule. On reaching Ganpatipule by noon, the riders can visit Ganesh temple and have a Prasad. Further, we start for Ratnagiri via the scenic Aarewarey route. Our final destination for the day is Pawas which is still 12Kms away from our stay. Due to a lack of accommodation, the day has to end at the hotel midway between Pawas from Ratnagiri.

Location: Kunkeshwar
We begin the day early, setting out toward our first stop — the historic and iconic Vijaydurg Fort. In order to cut down the time Vijaydurg is mainly known for its seafood.
We continue our journey toward the day’s final destination — Kunkeshwar — passing through Devgad, a town renowned for its delicious mangoes. The route offers a scenic blend of coastal charm and ancient temples along the way. Kunkeshwar is also famous for its ancient Shiva Temple. The riders can visit the temple after check-in & then join in for dinner.

Location: Vengurla
Our ride kicks off along the serene shores of Kunkeshwar Beach, heading toward Achara. After a refreshing breakfast stop, we continue pedaling along the scenic route to Malvan via the picturesque Chiwle Beach.
Malvan beach offers a variety of water activities – Scuba diving, Parasailing, and other water sports. After a stop, we resume our ride and make our way toward the Tarkarli. From Parule, we ride towards Vengurla ending with some good seafood for dinner.

Location:Arambol, Goa
Let’s start pedaling towards GOA, the dream destination for many to celebrate & enjoy the happiness of completing their journey. From Vengurla we will cycle up to Shiroda and then would cross Reddy to enter Goa. A short ride day with the expectation to reach the final destination by lunch.
Our incredible 8-day coastal cycling adventure concludes in Goa, after a thrilling journey from beach to beach — filled with mouthwatering seafood, exciting activities, historic forts, serene temples, and unforgettable memories.
We head towards our stay & after taking some rest we will get together for our evening celebration & ending this beautiful journey. Tonight marks the final evening of our unforgettable journey. The next morning we all check out & head towards our plans further on our personal behalf.

MTB’s / Hybrid are suitable for bicycle expedition. These bicycle are more comfortable than road bikes because of the suspensions and the designs. They are designed keeping in mind your off roading adventure specifically for rough and uneven terrain.

Most important factor that we keep in mind is your height as choosing a right frame size is most important, everything else is secondary.
Yes, you have to submit your one ID proof and Rs 2,000/- as security at the time of allotment of cycle. But this amount will be returned back to you at the end of the tour when you will return the bicycle.
Yes, there will be a support vehicle through out the tour to make your journey hassle free. All your luggage will be in the support vehicle.
Proper support will be provided to the riders, who is willing to take break while pedalling. Technical team will take care of the bicycle.
Yes team will be assisting you with the first aid when and where needed. Medical Kit and Oxygen Cylinder will be available throughout the tour. And in case of any medical emergency, team will take the rider to the near by hospital.
Yes, there will be a Ride Marshal who will be pedalling along with you in order to support and guide you.
We provide twin sharing only, but in case anyone wants single room then they can tell us in advance so we can make the arrangements accordingly. For it you have to pay extra charges.
