Welcome to Cycle Adventures India (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website https://cycleadventuresindia.com and booking our cycling expeditions, tours, or related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • To reserve your spot, you must complete the booking process and make the specified payment.

  • Payment can be made online or via other approved methods as communicated.

  • Full payment or advance deposits (as applicable) must be received before the commencement of the trip.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations by Participant:

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@cycleadventuresindia.com.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed per our Cancellation Policy, detailed on the website or shared during booking.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than [specify period, e.g., 15 days] before departure or for no-shows.

  • Cancellations by Us:

    • We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to inadequate participant numbers, weather, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control.

    • In such cases, you may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund. No further claims will be entertained.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • You must be in good physical health and able to participate in cycling tours. It is your responsibility to consult a physician if needed.

  • You agree to abide by all safety instructions provided by our guides.

  • You are responsible for any personal belongings during the trip. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • You agree to respect local customs, environment, and fellow participants.

4. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, loss of belongings, trip cancellation, and other risks.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Participation in cycling expeditions carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cycle Adventures India, its employees, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from your participation.

  • Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the Services.

6. Use of Photographs & Videos

  • We may capture photographs or videos during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • By participating, you grant us permission to use such material without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the trip.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Cycle Adventures India or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
